1. Who we are. This app (“AnnaPolani Pinterest Auto Publisher”) is a private tool used by Anna Polani to publish content to her own Pinterest account.
2. What we process. Board IDs and pin metadata; temporary media URLs from Dropbox; OAuth tokens required to post pins. We do not collect personal data of other users.
3. Purpose. Creating and managing pins on the owner’s Pinterest boards (titles, descriptions, alt text may be generated by OpenAI).
4. Third-party services.

• Pinterest API (content publishing)
• Dropbox (storing media files)
• OpenAI (optional, text generation for pins)

2. Storage & security. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted secrets in GitHub Actions. A minimal log of processed file paths is kept to avoid duplicates.
3. Data sharing. We don’t sell or share data with third parties beyond the services listed above and only to provide the functionality.
4. Retention. Logs are kept as long as needed to operate the app and then deleted. You can request deletion via the contact email above.
5. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version at this URL with a new effective date.
